NacreInk Terms of Service

By using the NacreInk app, device connection features, or cloud services, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Services

NacreInk provides E-Ink device connection, image and text editing and transfer, device management, firmware updates, and user-requested AI creation. Some features require an account, internet access, or a compatible device.

2. Account Responsibility

You must provide a valid email address, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for unlawful or infringing content, interfere with devices or servers, bypass security controls, send abusive automated requests, or violate another person's privacy or rights. AI creation must not be used for child sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual deepfakes, dangerous instructions, fraud, or other restricted content. You can report offensive or unsafe content directly from the generated result screen.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain lawful rights to content you upload or create and confirm that you are authorized to use it. NacreInk software, branding, interfaces, and related technology are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Firmware and Updates

Keep devices powered and connected during firmware updates. An interrupted update may require another update or device recovery. We may provide updates for security, compatibility, and feature improvements.

6. Availability

We work to keep services reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, networks, third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

7. Termination and Deletion

You may stop using the service and delete your account using the account deletion instructions. We may restrict access for serious violations or threats to service security.

8. Changes

We may update these terms for product, legal, or security reasons and will publish the revision date here. Continued use means acceptance of the revised terms.
