Delete Your NacreInk Account

You can delete your NacreInk account and associated data. Deletion does not affect the E-Ink device itself, but the device will be unbound from the account.

Option 1: Delete in the App

1. Open NacreInk and sign in.
2. Go to Settings and open your account information.
3. Select Delete Account, review the notice, and confirm.

Option 2: Submit a Web Request

Email support@nacreink.com from your registered email address with the subject “NacreInk Account Deletion Request.” We verify account ownership through the registered email.

Data Deleted

• Account profile and login credentials;
• Device records bound to the account;
• Associated connection records, AI creation records, and other personal cloud data.

Timing and Exceptions

We process verified requests within 7 business days. Data required for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or security purposes is isolated and retained only for the required period, then deleted or anonymized. Deletion cannot be reversed.
